Shipping Policy

Fast, free shipping across Canada. Every order ships at no extra cost.

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only (all provinces & territories). We do not ship to the United States or internationally. Please Use Directcarpet.com if you are Based in the USA

Processing & lead times

  • In-stock items: usually ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom / made-to-order items (e.g., special cuts, landings): a few extra business days for fabrication. We’ll email your ETA.

Carriers & tracking
We ship with trusted carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx). A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Delivery timing
Transit times vary by location. Dates shown are estimates; carriers may experience delays due to weather, volume, or remote delivery routes.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or delayed due to address issues will need re-shipment once corrected.

Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email keith@directcarpet.ca with your order number and photos within 48 hours so we can help quickly.

Split shipments
To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra charge.

Title & risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is transferred to the carrier.
