All orders ship from our warehouse in Hamilton, Ontario.
We provide DIY stair runner kits to Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and beyond."
Order Preparation Time
Every stair runner is cut and prepared specifically for your staircase.
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, total delivery time from order to arrival may range between 7–14 days, depending on production volume and carrier transit time.
Standard Shipping
Orders ship via UPS Standard across Canada.
Transit time after shipment typically ranges between 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Priority Production Options
If you require faster handling, the following production upgrades are available:

Priority options affect preparation time only and do not change carrier delivery speed.
Expedited & Overnight Delivery
Faster carrier shipping can also be arranged:

This option must be requested before shipment and is subject to carrier availability.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee the recovery of packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once the order leaves our warehouse. Carrier updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.
Multiple Packages
Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages.
Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
