Accurate measurements are essential for a proper stair runner fit. Each runner is cut to the dimensions selected at the time of ordering.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that all measurements provided are correct.
Measurement Guides & Calculators
We provide measuring guides, videos, and calculators to help estimate the required runner length and width. These tools are provided as general assistance only.
Because every staircase differs in construction, overhang, spacing, and landing configuration, results from guides or calculators are not guarantees of an exact fit.
Final measurement responsibility remains with the purchaser.
Verifying Your Measurements
Customers are responsible for confirming:
-
Stair count
-
Tread depth
-
Riser height
-
Landing sizes
-
Desired side margins
We recommend measuring twice before ordering.
Assistance
We are happy to review staircase photos and provide guidance based on experience. However, guidance is provided as a courtesy and does not transfer measurement responsibility to Direct Carpet Inc.
Custom Cutting
All runners are cut according to the selections made during checkout.
If incorrect measurements are submitted, the product cannot be remade or refunded.
Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
